Creating an account is simple. Open the CCFrederick app, either tap the bottom of the screen on the landing page, or try to access your profile and you will be prompted to log in/sign up. You will be redirected to https://auth.ccfapp.com where you can register an account by providing a name, email address, and password. If you are struggling to create an account please contact our support team.
Yes! Our app is free forever.
We value your privacy. To delete your data, go to More > Profile > Delete My Account to delete your profile and related data from our app. This action is irreversible and will remove your data from our app immediately. Within 7 days, your account at auth.ccfapp.com will be deleted by a member of our support team unless you log into the app again. Alternatively, go to More > Settings > Data & Delete Account > Delete My Account to immediately and permanently delete your account from auth.ccfapp.com, or contact our support team.
Please ensure you are running the latest version of the app. If the problem persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If that doesn't work, please contact us using the form below.
